A Florida-based rapper is in police custody after kidnapping and robbing a fan who asked for a photo.

Cuban rapper Chocolate MC , is facing several charges including kidnapping with a firearm, armed robbery and written threats to kill or injured, according to NBC 6 South Florida .

The artist, whose legal name is Yosvanis Sierra-Hernandez, approached a fan who was asking for a photo in the parking lot of a supermarket in Opa-locka, brandished a firearm and demanded the fan give up his car.

Sierra-Hernandez commanded the victim to get into the driver seat and asked to give him money although the victim said he had no cash.

The rapper then told the victim to Zelle money over to him and the victim said he didn’t have Zelle. Sierra-Hernandez forced the fan to drive to several locations
