The Los Angeles Dodgers have placed right-hander Tony Gonsolin on the 15-day injured list with right elbow discomfort, per The Athletic’s Fabian Ardaya.

Gonsolin, 31, is 3-2 with a 5.00 ERA in seven starts this season. He is now the 14 th pitcher placed on the injured list by the Dodgers.

Roki Sasaki, Blake Snell and Tyler Glasnow are all sidelined right now, making the Dodgers starting rotation very thin in the middle of the season.

Los Angeles will surely address this need by the trade deadline on July 31, but the team probably doesn’t want to wait too long to get some help.
