ALMA, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — The Alma Police Department continues searching for Morgan Nick after evidence points out that she was in a suspect's car years ago, they said in an Oct. 1 press conference.

Police Chief Jeff Pointer said that over the last 29 years, police have put in more than 10,000 hours searching for evidence. Hair had been found in the red truck of Billy Jack Lincks.

The hair was handed over to the FBI, and, after a DNA analysis, determined that the hair belonged to either Morgan Nick's mother Colleen Nick, one of Colleen Nick's siblings or her children.

After interviewing family members, authorities determined none knew Lincks or had ever been in his truck.
