OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - As NCAA Super Regionals end, the field begins to take shape for the 2025 Men’s College World Series. This will be updated as each team qualifies to compete for a national championship in Omaha.

Coastal Carolina

The Chanticleers entered the Auburn Super Regional as the No. 13 seed and won back-to-back games over the four-seed Tigers, 7-6 and 4-1, to make their first College World Series appearance since winning it all in 2016 — the last and only other time they’ve made it to Omaha.

Coastal Carolina is 53-11 overall and rides a 23-game win streak into the CWS, with their last loss coming April 22 in a 4-2 defeat to the College of Charleston. They are the Sun Belt regular season and tournament champions.
