SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - It was a warm day in Siouxland with a few light pop-up showers across the area. As we head later into the night, showers will become more numerous.

Tonight’s lows will drop into the upper 50s. Showers and thunderstorms will continue through the overnight hours and winds will shift as a cold front passes through.

Light rain showers will linger into the morning. Following the cold front will be a breezier, northwesterly wind that will bring wildfire smoke down into the area. Highs will be in the upper 70s.

Mostly sunny skies will take over Monday. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

Tuesday looks to be beautiful with highs in the mid 80s under sunny skies.
