SARASOTA, Fla. (WWSB) - Residents across the Suncoast flocked to St Armands Saturday for the crafts festival.
The fair featured local artists, alongside locally-owned businesses. One business sold hand-made aluminum jewelry, originally hailing from Puerto Rico.
“It’s a different fair every week,” Happy Wire Jewelry co-owner Rob Betancourt said. “We love to see our repeat customers.”
His family business saw customers throughout the day, with folks from as far as California dropping by the fair.
Joe Haxby, a photographer originally from Chicago, said he enjoys the fair for the incredible photography.
“It’s a lot of cool stuff to look at,” Haxby said. “Plus, it’s absolutely perfect weather today.”
The fair continues throughout the weekend, and another similar event is in Venice on June
