TROIS-RIVIÈRES, Qué. —Here is a closer look at Saturday’s Game 5 of the ECHL Kelly Cup finals between the Toledo Walleye and the Trois-Rivières Lions.

THREE STARS

1. Luke Cavallin, Lions: The series MVP stopped 48 out of 49 Walleye shots in the clincher for Trois-Rivières.

2. Chris Jandric, Lions: Scored the game-winning goal at 8:58 of the third period.

3. Matt Anderson, Walleye: Tied the game at 5:17 of the third when he scored off an assist from Billy Moskal.

TURNING POINT

It took just 3 minutes and 41 seconds for Trois-Rivières to reclaim the lead after Toledo tied things in the third period. Chris Jandric’s goal proved to be the cup-clincher for the Lions.

KEY STAT

Toledo out-shot Trois-Rivières 49-25, but Cavallin saved all but one of those Walleye attempts.
