ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - One person is dead after a car crashed into a home Saturday in south St. Louis City.

The crash happened around 4:50 p.m. near the 3700 block of Bates Street.

St. Louis police’s accident reconstruction investigators have taken over the scene.
