FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) - Saturday was the second day of Walleye Weekend at Lakeside Park in Fond du Lac, with a big turnout and plenty of things for people to do

More than 50,000 people come out to this free three-day festival on average.

Some of the new things this year include the fun on the run animal race, a chalk art contest, and a trackless train ride.

Attendees also took part in a number of tournaments in sports like softball and volleyball, as well as the SSM Health Walleye Run and Walk.

We spoke to one family taking part in the run with their kids, who said they’d do it all over again.
