SPOKANE, Wash. – The Riverfront Park Committee will be hosting a meeting at the Pavilion Conference Room on Monday, June 9, to vote on the proposed .

Jonathan Moog, Director of Riverfront Park, will be presenting the ordinance and permit in front of the committee. If approval is granted, construction could begin as soon as July, pending all necessary permits, according to Moog.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. Members of the public can listen to the meeting by calling 408-418-9388 and entering the access code 2495 489 7022, when prompted.

The committee has also invited the input of public comments, which may be submitted via email or mail no later than June 9, by noon. Submitted public comments will be shared with committee members before the upcoming meeting.
