The Lumen Christi baseball team won a regional title on Saturday, but lost in the Division 3 state quarterfinal.

Lumen Christi claimed the regional title with a 2-1 nine-inning walk-off win over Onsted. Tied 1-1 going into the bottom of the ninth, Kash Kalahar, Timmy Crowley and Wes Learned all singled before Gibson Shore ended the game by singling to drive in Kalahar.

Crowley also had an RBI single in the fourth to drive in Nathan Hinkley, putting the Titans ahead 1-0, but a bases-loaded walk tied it in the sixth.

Learned and Crowley each pitched three innings. Brodie Gregory earned the win in relief, working three innings and allowing no runs on three hits.
