Neighbors around and across from Batchelor Middle School may finally see an end to years of construction on Fullerton/Gordon Pike access road to Interstate 69 this summer. The neighbors have endured the development of a new $6 million public library, the removal of around 60 trees along the new road’s path, constant construction, trucks, noise, dust and utility crews digging holes in their yards for several years. The project is expected to be completed before middle school resumes.
