(WBRE/WYOU)— According to a release from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the order has summoned witnesses to Monroe County to testify on the criminal proceeding pending in the State of Idaho.
Several people in NEPA will potentially testify as witnesses in the Bryan Kohberger murder trial this august.
According to a release from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, several people who are potential defense witnesses from Monroe County are being summoned to testify at Kohberger's trial.
As of now, there are five people with ties to Kohberger's past being requested to testify.
Their connection to Kohberger is unknown at this time but according to the documents they all live, work or do business in Monroe County.
All have been described as what the filings call material and necessary witnesses.
