LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - It’s the second biggest weekend of the year for high school baseball, with multiple Mid-Michigan teams capturing regional titles and following it up with a trip to the state semifinals.

In D1, Okemos dropped a battle 2-1 to Hartland in the regional finals. In D2 Mason beat Williamston 6-1 for the Bulldogs’ first regional title and then followed that up with a 3-2 victory in 10 innings over Chelsea in the quarterfinals.

In Division three, Lansing Catholic took down Saginaw Valley Lutheran 2-0 to grab a regional title but lost 10-4 in the quarters to Marine City. Jackson Lumen Christi took down Onsted 2-1 in nine innings in the regional finals, but the Titans fell to University Liggett 2-0 in the quarterfinals.
