Bullhead City mayor resigns to become executive director of Metropolitan Planning Organization

BULLHEAD CITY — As mayor of Bullhead City, Steve D'Amico was the chairman of the Bullhead City Metropolitan Planning Organization, helping map out transportation strategies and needs in a designated area that includes Bullhead City, Fort Mohave and Mohave Valley.

On Thursday, D'Amico announced his resignation as mayor, effective immediately, so that he can serve as the executive director of the organization officially designated in the last days of 2023 by the Federal Highway Administration.
