Plans have been lodged with Solihull Council to turn an Elmdon house into a six-bedroom HMO.
The application to convert the home in Old Lode Lane was submitted to the authority on May 14.
Plans included with the application proposed three bedrooms on the ground floor with a shared kitchen and lounge area, two bedrooms and a communal office on the first floor and a sixth bedroom in the loft.
