A nursing home that is specifically catered to those with dementia have been awarded three excellence awards at the Celebrating Excellence in Care Awards 2025.

The awards, organised by Plymouth City Council , showcase and celebrate best practices across adult social care in the city and celebrate the fantastic work taking place across the care sector.

Butterfly Lodge, on Agaton Road in St Budeaux picked up three of the excellence awards, including Excellence in Dementia Care, Deputy Manager of the Year and the People’s Choice awards. Clare Sinclair, manager of Butterfly Lodge said they team were 'delighted' with their triple success.
