CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) - The Chesterfield County Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened at Harry G. Daniel Park on Saturday night.

Just before 11 p.m., officers got a call about the shooting at the park on Whitepine Road.

When police arrived to the scene, they encountered a large crowd gathered in the park after hours. Officers also found multiple cars struck by gunfire.

At this time, officers said no victims have been located and no suspects have been identified.

The park entrance was blocked off for more than an hour as officers collected evidence as part of their investigation.
