An unused barn could be converted into a five-bedroom home in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds. The redundant agricultural building is near to Paxford, close to the A429 Fosse Way.
Planning documents submitted to Cotswolds District Council say the conversion would preserve the post-war agricultural character of the building, which is in the corner of a working yard, away from equestrian workings and activities. The residential use would comprise a five-bedroom dwelling over two floors, along with a small self-contained one-bed annexe.
The development would be within existing boundaries with parking concealed from view - although annexe parking is placed at the rear of the site. The building subject of the proposal is not listed, nor located within the curtilage of a listed building
