FILER, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —On Saturday, residents of the Filer community came out to enjoy summer fun and the warm weather at the Filer Fun Days Street Festival.

Filers Main Street was filled with bounce houses, food trucks and vendors for all to enjoy!

This is an annual even that filer puts on to celebrate the city and community that makes it so special.

The community spending time together and enjoying the summer time and event is the main point of it.

“It’s really fun to kind of like go around town and like say hello to people and like get noticed by people and like showing up for our town,” Alleah Young, a resident of Filer, said.

“I like being in a small town because you get to know a lot of more people than in big towns and I like that we get to have small celebrations like this
