Manchester United are in a race against the clock to get any further transfer business done ahead of the window temporarily closing next week.

Having opened earlier than usual due to an exceptional registration period amid the new-look FIFA Club World Cup, the summer transfer window will shut for just under a week at 7pm on Tuesday, before reopening on Monday, June 16.

United have come flying out of the traps at the start of this summer's window, wrapping up the signing of Matheus Cunha from Wolves in a £62.5million deal and attempting to get a deal over the line for Brentford star Bryan Mbeumo .
