Prue Leith addresses Bake Off future as she says 'I thought I had to do it all'

Dame Prue Leith has addressed her future on the Great British Bake Off , admitting that she was going to quit the Bake Off universe, until she was told she had the option to only leave some of it.

Alongside The Great British Bake Off, the multiverse includes a celebrity version of the show, Junior Bake Off, and the Great American Baking Show. And it was the intense nature of this schedule that Prue, 85, says originally made her want to quit entirely.

However, it wasn’t until a conversation with the show’s producers at Love Productions that she discovered she had the option to choose which versions of the show she did.
