The Repair Shop experts Julie Tatchell and Amanda Middleditch, also known as the Teddy Bear Ladies, opened up about how they deal with emotional moments on the show.

As the duo sat down with Alan Titchmarsh, Amanda admitted she often cries off-camera, as viewers won't want to see the experts getting emotional on the show.

She went on to explain that she often hugs the guests following a reveal in the hopes it will stop her crying.

Alan admitted, "I get told off often enough on this programme for losing it when I see a sentimental clip. What's it like?"

Amanda shared an insight into filming: "There is always a stash hidden, so we can grab a tissue if we need one."
