Musk began to sour on Trump after the president pulled a Musk ally out of the running for head of NASA, The New York Times reported. The head of Space X and Tesla also urged Republicans in the Senate to kill the GOP House budget bill because it would raise the federal deficit by $3 trillion. Musk also criticized the president’s tariffs.
