Warm, sunny weather greeted fair fans Saturday at the annual Niagara Regional Exhibition.

Held at the Welland fairgrounds on Niagara Street, the event has been a staple for area residents since its establishment in 1853.

Canadian Country Music Association and Juno Award winners the Road Hammers kicked off the annual three-day event Friday night.

The exhibition also featured Welland Rose Festival’s baby show and a mud bog demolition derby, both held Saturday, midway and more.
