An Edinburgh man has slammed the council for placing a construction office and materials outside of his bedroom window without prior notice.
Graeme Heavey, has said he is being woken up at 7am in the morning by delivery trucks on a regular basis and his mental health is suffering as a result.
What frustrates the 51-year-old most is the Hailesland Gardens site for the office and materials is over 100metres away from where work is being carried out - and Graeme believes it should be moved closer to the construction site.
