Peridot offers up a modern Vietnamese cuisine alongside a unique cocktail menu. Options include the Fire Breathing Dragon, made with mezcal, red bell pepper, chili pepper and agave, or the Strange Magic, made with pineapple rum and clarified with yogurt. The restaurant opened in 2023.
