The president and CEO of Norfolk General Hospital said he hopes to soon share news about the location of new state-of-the-art hospital and nursing home facilities.

“It’s a question I get asked every day — ‘When are you going to tell us where we’re moving to,’” said Todd Stepanuik. “We’re working closely with a few landowners.”

The hospital put out a call to the community in January 2024 for a donation of land at least 25 acres in size to establish a “comprehensive campus of care” that would allow the hospital and Norfolk Hospital Nursing Home to remain together.
