For years, you’ve heard about this lawsuit, House vs. NCAA, and we’ve written countless pieces about this very dense and sometimes hard-to-follow legal matter.

It’s gone on so long, frankly, that I’ve forgotten who the “House” is in “House vs. NCAA.” Bet some of you thought it was the House of Representatives. Be honest. (He is an Arizona State swimmer, Grant House, who originally filed the suit in 2020).

But, as of late Friday night, the case was settled . Judge Claudia Wilken issued her ruling and the new world is here.
