DAVIDSON COUNTY, Tenn. — President Donald Trump supported his administration’s decision to bring back a man previously deported , to face federal human smuggling charges.

“The man has a horrible past,” Trump said Friday. “And I could see a decision being made.”

That decision centers around Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a 29-year-old El Salvadoran national now in custody at the Putnam County Jail. He is under federal indictment, accused of smuggling thousands of undocumented migrants into the U.S., and other serious charges.
