A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car in Plymouth, an inquest has been told. Tributes were paid to much-loved Karol Zalewski after his death.
The 27-year-old died in a collision on Kings Road on May 20. An inquest into his death has been opened by the coroner in Exeter.
It was told Mr Zalewski, of Ker Street, was single and a fitness trainer by occupation. He was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a car performing a manoeuvre in the road, the coroner said.
He died of multiple injuries. Police are currently carrying out investigations into what happened. The inquest heard he was originally from Gizycko in Poland.
A full inquest into all the circumstances will take place at a later date.
Devon and Cornwall Police said at the time they were called at around 10.50am.
