Even with the advent of social media and the explosion of ways to message people, the Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner says the value of the Crime Stoppers program has not diminished.

OPP Commissioner Thomas Carrique was one of the guest speakers at the just completed Annual Ontario Association of Crime Stoppers Conference in North Bay.
