CHATHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - Monday morning, the teenager accused of setting fire to five homes on Wilmington island, is set to appear before a judge again.

The fires occurred between late November 2024 and January. He was arrested in January.

17-year-old Nicholas Holbrook, who’s facing multiple charges, was indicted back in April and given bond in May.

Holbrook was granted bond for $1,500 and was transferred from jail to a treatment facility in Augusta, where he will undergo mental health care.

Once he finishes the program, he will be required to wear an ankle monitor.

Monday he will appear before a judge for his arraignment, where he will plead guilty, not guilty, or no contest to these accusations.
