LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - One person was arrested in connection to a shooting that critically injured two in north Lincoln on Saturday morning, however police are still looking for the suspect who pulled the trigger.
Donald Handy, 55, of Lincoln was booked into the Lancaster County Jail later that night on suspicion of two counts of accessory to a class 2 or 2A felony.
Investigators with the Lincoln Police Department were called to a home near 26th and Potter streets around 10:30 a.m. for a stabbing. However, when police arrived, they found a 41-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman, both of Lincoln, with gunshot wounds.
The two were both taken to the hospital with serious injuries. The man was life-flighted to a hospital in Omaha for further treatment. As of Monday morning, they remained
