The newest spinoff of ABC’s television drama 9-1-1 is set to begin filming this summer in Nashville.

Filming for first responder-focused series 9-1-1: Nashville will occur in Davidson County and Middle Tennessee through early 2026, the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development announced Monday.

The show is expected to create over 600 jobs and generate a more than $50 million economic impact for local businesses and workers, according to a news release from the department.

The entertainment production and music industry generated a $8.2 billion economic impact for the state in 2024 and over $3.7 billion in earnings for Tennessee workers, the release said.
