The U.S. State Department has ordered embassies around the world to resume processing Harvard University student visas, according to a cable communication reported by the Washington Post .

Last Wednesday, President Donald Trump invoked national security powers when he issued a proclamation that barred Harvard’s international students from entering the country. He also directed Secretary of State Marco Rubio to consider stopping the processing of Harvard student visas.
