SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) — WSAV has confirmed that one of the men accused of posing as an Amazon Driver and attacking a man in his home in Downtown Savannah back in February has a court date.

Tyrone Anthony is charged with home invasion in the first degree.

According to court records, Tyrone Anthony is set to appear in court for a jury trial on Sept. 29. A pretrial Hearing is set for mid-September.

WSAV could not confirm that a date has been set for the other suspect, Kelvin Waye.

Waye and Anthony are accused of posing as Amazon drivers on March 10 and forcing their way into the home of Dirk Hardison. Hardison was assaulted and taken to a hospital suffering from headwounds.
