Peyton Dyer announced Sunday that he is committed to Southern Cal after taking an official visit to Los Angeles on June 6th. Dyer chose the Trojans over Georgia, Penn State, South Carolina, and many other schools. He previously committed to South Carolina in November of last year, but de-committed on April 8th.
He contributes in many ways for the Wildcats defense as he allows very small separation between him and the receiver and his speed allows him to make chase-down tackles, preventing touchdowns.
Dyer had a breakout junior season as he posted 12 pass breakups and 70 total tackles. He looks to continue his dominance on defense as Duluth looks to return to the playoffs entering their seventh season under head coach Cam Jones.
