LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) - The man accused of a DUI crash that killed an Arbor View High School senior pleaded not guilty Monday.

Keenan Jackson , 37, faces DUI and reckless driving charges in a crash that killed 18-year-old McKenzie Scott on Friday, May 2.

Last week, he was indicted by a grand jury. Documents claim he had a .08 blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash. That’s three times over the legal limit.
