City approves statue of former Mayor Ron Young at Carroll Creek amphitheater

A statue of former Mayor Ron Young will be added to Carroll Creek Linear Park’s amphitheater.

The City Council on Thursday unanimously approved an agreement for the donation of the statue to the city and taking responsibility for its maintenance.
