The Wedgewood-Houston property on which sits eye-catching apartment complex 83 Freight is nearing completion has been sold for $19 million.

The new owner of the 2.17-acre property, with an address of 2126 Byrum Ave. , is an LLC. The Post was unable to determine details regarding the buyer.

The seller via 83 Freight was Jonathan McNabb, a principal with Nashville-based real estate company BLVD Capital.

The transaction is the equivalent of about $228,915 per unit.

A general partnership paid about $11.2 million for the property in June 2020 (read more here ), with that deal the equivalent of about $135,000 per unit. It is unclear if McNabb was part of that partnership.
