Testimony continued on Monday in the murder trial of Karen Read, with crash analyst Daniel Wolfe saying that the damage to Read’s SUV was inconsistent with crash tests he had performed with a test Lexus and a dummy.
Amid Wolfe’s testimony, Judge Beverly Cannone denied the defense team’s motion for a mistrial based on what Read’s lawyers called the “intentional misconduct” of prosecutor Hank Brennan during his cross-examination.

Forensic pathologist Dr. Elizabeth Laposata said she does wound pattern recognition “all the time” as a pathologist.
“It’s part of understanding blunt force trauma, sharp force trauma, gunshot wounds,” she said.
She said John O’Keefe had “evidence
