WHITESIDE CO., Ill. (KWQC) - As warmer weather returns and more residents spend time outdoors, the Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office is reminding citizens that seasonal changes often bring a rise in criminal activity and traffic-related incidents.

In response, the sheriff’s office is increasing staffing levels and deploying additional patrol units throughout the county, with an emphasis on both crime prevention and traffic enforcement.

The sheriff’s office said these proactive measures aim to ensure safety and well-being of all who live in and travel through Whiteside County.
