BUFFALO, N.Y. — In the month since the Democratic Primary, acting Mayor Chris Scanlon has been busy resetting his agenda for his remaining days in office.
But speculation about how long he'll remain in office has been rampant since the primary .
Scanlon initially committed to running an independent run in November before the primary. However, after the results from the election, he opted not to run.
Some of the speculation surrounding Scanlon has been that he wouldn't be returning to the Common Council after he fulfills his obligation as acting mayor.
