After nearly 46 years as a local staple, La Botte Italian Restaurant is turning the page on a new chapter — merging with Mama’s Caffe and relocating to Lompoc's Old Town.
The newly combined space, dubbed La Botte @ Mama’s Caffe , is projected to open its doors at 112 South I Street on Saturday, Aug. 10, according to co-owner Francesca Agate-Figuereo.
The move follows some recent community confusion about a “for sale” sign at La Botte’s current H Street location.
“We’re not closing — just moving. Same passion, same flavors, new home,” Agate-Figuereo assures customers.
