Senate Democrats attempt forced released of Jeffrey Epstein files by invoking rare 'Rule of Five'

Senate Democrats told press their new plan to invoke a centuries old law called the "Rule of Five" to force the justice department to release the files related to the investigation of disgraced financier and accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.
