Welcome back, Geno: The Seattle Mariners just took the MLB trade deadline’s biggest swing.

The Mariners reportedly acquired Diamondbacks All-Star and former Seattle third baseman Eugenio Suarez from Arizona on Wednesday night, per ESPN’s Jeff Passan.

Suarez, 34, was the unquestioned top available hitter on the market ahead of Thursday’s trade deadline, co-leading MLB with 87 RBI and tied with Mariners catcher Cal Raleigh.

In 105 games for the Diamondbacks this season, Suarez slashed .248/.321/.577 with 36 home runs (5th in MLB) and 87 RBI (T1).
