LINCOLN, Neb. —
A Nebraska tight end will miss extended time with a knee injury, coach Matt Rhule said Thursday.
Sophomore Mac Markway reported swelling in his knee after the first practice of the fall and re-tore his ACL, according to Rhule.
"Tremendously devastating," Rhule said.

The LSU transfer tore the ACL in his right knee in September 2024 after joining the Huskers and redshirted last season.
