The pop star has been raising eyebrows after being spotted getting close with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. After the two were spotted at an intimate dinner at the end of July, Trudeau showed up at Perry’s concert in Montreal... and the chemistry was electric.

According to a People source, the duo is “interested in each other” but their connection is still in the early stages. “She is traveling around the world, and he is figuring out his life now that he is no longer prime minister of Canada, but there is an attraction. They have a lot in common,” the source said on Aug. 2.
