SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) -- A 21-year-old has been arrested for allegedly attacking a coworker with a knife and stabbing him in the neck. The man told police he wanted to kill the victim because of "voices" and that he wanted to know what it "felt like."

Jose Alfredo Ramirez-Porchas, 21, was arrested and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for alleged aggravated assault resulting in serious injury, a second-degree felony. He has not been formally charged by the district attorney's office yet.
